William B. Russell, Jr., LL.M. (Tax), JD
William B. Russell, Jr. is a native of Lexington, MS. Will joined the firm in an Of Counsel role in 2017 and currently maintains his own practice in Jackson, Mississippi.
Will received his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida School of Law and practices in the areas of general litigation, estate planning, probate, corporate tax, business transactions, and tax controversy matters. Will is a member of the state and federal Bar Associations in Mississippi.
Will was a member and president of Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity, a member of the Trial Advocacy Board, a member of the Mississippi Defense Lawyer’s Association, and participated in the Elder Law Clinic during his time in Law School at The University of Mississippi. Will also attended Ole Miss for undergraduate school, where he was a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity.
In his spare time, Will enjoys hunting, attending Ole Miss Football games, and photography.
